Welcome to Stirling Works
Stirling works is a new and exciting mixed use residential scheme proposed at 41-49 Stirling Road. The building has been designed to provide c. 50 high quality homes which will be both private and affordable tenure. Light industrial use will be provided across the ground and first floor areas to replace the existing low quality warehouses. The proposal has three garden areas, one on the podium at 2nd floor and two at the roof terraces, providing child play space, external seating and bio diverse planting. Photovoltaics, air source heat pumps, and green roofs have been provided, as well as an efficient building fabric to create a sustainable development which keeps energy consumption low. The provision of 4 blue badge car parking spaces and a loading bay will also be delivered on Stirling Road and Bollo Lane as part of the improved street condition.
We are seeking engagement from the local residents and community who wish to provide feedback or comments on the proposed design. The intention will be to use this information to further develop our ideas and enhance the Stirling Road and Bollo Lane area.
