The Proposals

We are proposing a mixed-use development of c. 50 new homes of a variety of sizes, and split across private and affordable types.

Across the ground and first floors, light industrial use will be provided, to replace the existing low quality warehouses.

There will be three accessible garden areas provided - at the second floor and roof terrace level.

The scheme will include a significant offering of flexible commercial space tailored to meet the needs of a wide range of local businesses.

The proposals will replace a dilapidated warehouse with a new mixed-use building of the highest quality, adding to the ongoing positive regeneration of the area.
